After 30 years of fishing his home waters in the SC lowcountry, Jordan is a premier in-shore/light tackle guide (Carolina Guide Service) mainly targeting Red Drum, Cobia, and Tarpon, among other species. A self-described “conservation minded guide”, Jordan participates in numerous tagging programs to help protect the species that make his home waters so special. After first witnessing a Tarpon Feeding frenzy on Winyah Bay in Georgetown, SC in 2003, the last 13 or so years have included a personal obsession in undertaking to learn the tidal feeding behavior and migration patterns of the silver kings in SC. A moving target indeed.
Most importantly, Jordan volunteers with the Outdoor Dream Foundation, which grants outdoor adventures to children who are facing terminal or life threatening illnesses.
